Express Building Maintenance (EBM) is a family business based in Widnes, providing a “one stop shop” for all electrical and mechanical installation & maintenance needs across Cheshire, the North West of England and indeed UK-Wide.

We have over 100 years experience between our 4 office based staff alone and, since creating the company in 2008, neither of our 2 Directors (Neil and Steve Cornes) are afraid to be “hands-on” if needs be – they believe in keeping skills up to date!

In addition we have a very strong team of qualified, technically competent engineers and tradesmen who are ready to respond to your calls, anywhere in the country, anytime of day.
